A new week and we are getting ready to start May! I love to write down my schedule.. it gives me a plan and something to look forward to.
I'm not sure what the weather will be like just yet.. I will find the forecast and plan around it too. I love a good run outdoors and would love to throw that in there. And I would love to Bike Ride to the other side of base too. A part of my goal this week!
Monday April 27 (off and hubby off too)
Long Distance Run Mondays!
This as you know was a great day.. TRIUMPH! I had thee best RUN up to date! I am even more excited of what's to come. I'm still at an all time high.. thinking.. If I can do this? What will I be able to do next month? Possibilities are endless!

Tuesday April 28 (work 9:30-2:30)
Depending on the day, I would LOVE to
take my exercises outdoors. But if not, I will plan to go to the gym
after the kids go to bed, 9 pm

Went to work, came home, and then just lounged. Felt tired already. Waking up at 6 am, getting the kids ready to school, and then getting myself off to work. I thought of every reason to not do anything. But the weather was just gorgeous! I could not resist, a nice run outdoors.
So I had a good run yesterday, but then I wondered if I could have a good run again. Didn't think it would be possible. But it was! I said I'd only run a mile or 2 since I did so much yesterday. But I kept going and went further than I had planned. What I didn't account for was a water break! So.. on my way back, I made a drink-stop to Steph's house. (Surprise! LOL) If she wasn't home, my next move would be to ask her neighbors :) I felt really good on this run, I stayed at a steady pace the entire time, only stopping for stop lights and getting my water break :) I really enjoyed the feel of the pavement, the fresh air, and the scenery most of all!

Wednesday April 29 (off)
Spin Class Wednesdays @ 11 am.
Spin class is always awesome! I get a kick out of just being there and seeing the same group of "cyclists" every week. My instructor, Ms. Heather is just amazing. I love how she gets on there and bikes with us, even though she attended the 6 am class and did an 9 am Muscle Toning Class. She rocks!

A late night bike ride just hubby and I. Went out around 8pm.

Thursday April 30 (off, but a 5:30 pm class at the store).
Gym in the morning.
Elliptical 45 minutes
Strength Training 45 minutes.
Just relaxed most of the day, getting some sun, and read my book.
Went for a late night bike ride with the hubby, 10 miles, using map-my-ride

Friday May 1 (off, field trip to the zoo with Izzy and dinner with the ladies!)
I think this may have to be my OFF day :) We are going to get our SEXY on :)
Rest Day.
Saturday May 2 (off, really? I will probably visit the store for Nat'l Scrapbook Day!)
I will plan for a good work out in the afternoon.
